2. Voice coil breakage

The wire head can be soldered properly, and another section of enameled wire near the voice coil winding can be soldered properly.

3. Speaker lead broken

Due to the frequent oscillation of the speaker paper pot, the weaving thread is prone to breakage, and sometimes the wire has been broken, but the cotton core wire still insists on being connected. This type of weaving thread is not easy to purchase and can be replaced with slightly longer flexible wires.

4. Burnout of voice coil

Use a multimeter R × If the resistance value of the speaker lead is close to 0 Ω and there is no" Kaka; Sound indicates that the voice coil is burnt out. Before replacing the voice coil, the debris inside the magnetic gap should be removed first. Then, carefully place the new voice coil in the magnetic gap, straighten the voice coil, and use strong adhesive to fix the upper and lower positions of the voice coil while listening. After the voice coil is in position, use strong adhesive to fill the gap between the voice coil and the paper bowl to about half. Finally, seal the dust cover, and place the speaker paper bowl upwards. After one day, it can be used normally.

2、 Sometimes there is no sound

1.1. Poor speaker leads; It is usually caused by moldy or poor welding of the voice coil lead. When the paper bowl oscillates frequently, the breakpoint sometimes connects and sometimes disconnects, forming a problem of irregular sound and no sound.

3、 Low volume

The sensitivity of a speaker primarily depends on the magnetism of the magnet, the quality of the paper bowl, and the quality of the installation process. The ferromagnetic object can be used to touch the magnetic steel, and the strength of the magnetic steel's magnetism can be roughly estimated based on the size of the attraction. If the magnetism is too weak, the speaker can only be replaced.

2. Loose magnetic core column

When the magnetic core of the speaker comes loose, it will be sucked aside by the magnetic plate, causing the voice coil to be kneaded and hindering normal sound production. During maintenance, the paper basin can be gently pressed by hand. If it cannot be pressed, it may be due to the voice coil being pressed by the core column, and it needs to be disassembled and glued from the beginning before it can be restored to use.

3. Divider malfunction

When there is a faulty component in the frequency divider, the signal in the corresponding frequency band is blocked, and the speaker in that frequency band shows a low volume issue. Emphasis should be placed on checking for short circuits in the crossover capacitor connected in parallel with the low pitched speaker, and for inter layer short circuits in the crossover inductor coil connected in parallel with the high pitched speaker.
